As a Finance Manager and Controller, he oversees  all financial aspects of Eureka Place Hotel and Suites. He is an expert in ensuring that all Financial Transactions and Reporting Procedures are accurate and meet the required standards. He maintains an oversight over financial systems and processes, ensuring compliance with Standard Accounting Practices. Specialties

Guest Relations Manager

Elizabeth Nyende is a Senior Guest Relations Manager at Eureka Place Hotel and Suites, Kampala-Uganda. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration and Management from Uganda Management Institute as well as a graduate in Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Kyambogo University-Kampala, Uganda. She has over 6years in Quality Assurance and Process Improvement, Administration, Strategic Customer Service Management. Throughout executions of her duties, she has gained confidence in administration tasks, Human Resource Management, Secretarial duties and built a strong network of friends through her great aspect of giving memorable customer experience. Being on the Top Management Team of a Profound Organization like Eureka Place Hotel and Suites has put her in spot light to offer nothing less but the best. She also works closely with the Marketing Department to ensure that the customer is at the core of all processes through Client Feedback Program, follow up, Customer Journey Mapping and Customer Engagement.
